Refunds and cancellations

Our products are digital content, supplied immediately after purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply has begun. Supply begins when your activation code is issued.

Because of this, we cannot offer refunds once your activation code has been sent.

Where we offer a replacement code as a goodwill measure, this is in addition to your statutory rights and does not extend your right to cancel.

If your tracker does not work, has not arrived, or is not what was described, contact hello@thegradeedit.com and we will put it right or refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Before you buy, please check you have selected the correct exam board, specification code and tier. Wrong board or tier: if you purchase a tracker for the wrong exam board or the wrong tier (Foundation or Higher), contact us before activating your code and we will issue a replacement code for the correct one at no charge. This applies only to unactivated codes.
